The house has one floor with three bedrooms (one with double bed and two twin beds ) one big kitchen full equipped, two bathrooms, a big sitting room with two sofas, dining room and an electric piano. It has two large verandas also with dining tables and private parking in the property. At the outside there is a wonderful barbeque with a big table and an outdoor shower.
The house has all the facilities you need, wireless internet connection, satellite plate, dvd /cd player, a/c in all rooms, washing machine, dish washer, filter coffee machine, espresso machine, baby games, safe box, alarm system etc.
The garden offers the ability to feel like a gardener seasonal by collecting fresh fruits and vegetables such as tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, lettuce, rocket, figs, strawberries etc., depending from the season.

The villa Magia is located in Ipsos area just three minutes walking from the main road, from Corfu to Kassiopi, and the sea. It is about 12 Km from the Corfutown. On the main road close to the house there are mini- markets, tavernas, pizza restaurants. Also in Ipsos there are super-markets, two pharmacies, medical centre and of course many shops, restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Apart from Ipsos, very close are the beaches of Dassia, Barbati, Nissaki, Kouloura, Kalami and many other nice villages.

The property was home from home with all the comforts and the owner was a lovely man and on arrival to the property we was greeted with home baked cake from his wife just perfect start
