The villa has been transformed by a complete restoration program providing an environment of the highest standard whilst adhering to an eco-friendly philosophy throughout. Its set on a hillside overlooking the bay with breath-taking views down the south-west coast of Corfu.
The property is centrally air-conditioned, has a pool with hydro-massage and a small gym with a massage table (appointments can be booked for a fee)

The area of Perama is situated very close to Corfu Town. Perama is just opposite the famous areas of Kanoni and Pontikonissi, the most recognizable landmarks of the island, and offers stunning sea views.
For a couple of months our family spent the evenings looking for a place that could satisfy the needs of our group of 9 people. Among all the possible solutions in Corfu, villa Giovannina really stood out. When we arrived we were surprised to see that the villa was even more charming in reality than in pictures , especially the ground level with the pool and the room in front of it. Unfortunately eating breakfast on the porch wasn’t perfect because of the presence of bees trying to eat what’s on the table , but that is a natural characteristic of the local fauna. Katerina and Sophie were always available and forthcoming , our stay was really out of this world. Leaving the place was the hardest part of our holiday trip
