This is a contract between you and your guests which covers the rental terms. Guests automatically agree on these terms when they make their first payment.
Once you find the item you wish to book, please complete our booking form with the necessary details and we will reply as soon as possible.
According to our company’s policy a deposit is required upon confirmation.
We will be at your disposal for any extra service you may request such us:
• CAR AND BOAT RENTALS
• FITNESS & WELL-BEING
• SPECIAL OCCASIONS
• RESTAURANTS & CHEFS AND MORE
We always confirm your booking by e-mail from our e-mail address email@example.com.
Payment can be made by bank wire transfer or credit card in Euro.
Bank charges are to be paid by the customer.
20% deposit is required upon confirmation within a week following the booking.
Upon receipt of the payment you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
If the deposit is not received on time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid up on arrival in cash, by credit card or wire transfer.
If the guest pays the full amount on time, they can receive:
• an 100% refund of the total cost if the cancelation is made at least eight weeks before check-in.
• a 25% refund of the total cost if the cancelation is made at least four weeks before check-in.
• All guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 24 hours after their booking is confirmed, provided that the cancellation takes place at least two months before the date of their stay.
If you cause any damage, please report it to the representative of our company and to the property owner and they will inform you about the costs involved, if any.

Please take into account that persons not included in the reservation are not allowed to use the facilities of the property. For any extra guests, please come in contact with our representative.
The maximum number of guests appears in the description of each property.
Cleaning services and linen policies are different in each property as each one has a different housekeeping arrangement.
Extra cleaning services are charged extra.
Our customers are always recommended not to travel without insurance.
Our representatives can propose you a wide range of options for last minute travel insurance!
If you have any special requests, please let us know at the time of the reservation and we will do our best in order to meet your needs.
Should you require a baby cot, a high chair or any other special item, please do not hesitate to come in contact with our representative.
You must request approval in advance for any pets to be included in your booking and will only be accepted in agreement with the villa owner.
